At Polis, we know your privacy is very important to you. You are required to have a account to use the areas and features of Polis ( es: you will require a University account to take classes ). We do no require you to have a single account to use all or most of the services offered by Polis or third parties.

We offer you choices regarding the information we collect, how the information is used, and how it is shared. - Private Villa:
The area of Polis called Private Villa is not accessible by us. It is your own private and encrypted area. We cannot collect information on that area.
- Heath care area:
The heath area is designed to be used by health care providers and they’re patient. Is therefore designed to work on a end-to-end encryption between the health care provider and the patient. Everything that happens in that area is not accessible to us.
5. Information retention and information security
Personal information will be retained, in accordance with applicable laws. We have taken all reasonable measures to protector your information from theft, misuse, unauthorized access and destruction. But no matter of our effort no security can be guaranteed as impenetrable. Please note that are not responsible for protecting the security of information you give to third-party services that operate on Polis.
6. Information about children
Our services are not meant to be used by children and we do not advertise to children. The third-party services are forbidden to advertise to children or accept children as customer. If we suspect a child is using our service he/she will be kicked out.
7. Changes
Polis will update this privacy policy when Polis grows and changes. We will advert the changes before they happen to you by sending an email to the last email address provided. And posting on our website and social media pages.
